The Safety Walk is carried out periodically in the operations of GSM Mineração. In this important event, managers and leaders dedicate part of the day to go out to the field to talk to employees, check working conditions, listen to suggestions for improvements and reinforce the pillars: people, safety, the environment and communities.
We believe that the opening to dialogue and the existence of a Humanized Work Safety sector makes the "safety" pillar even stronger within the company.
